Return and Refund Policy

• All of our services and products are FINAL purchase only. We do not offer refunds. No exemptions will be made. 

All vendor, sponsor and registration fees are non-refundable and non transferrable to any other product or service.

In the event of cancellation, management will contact all ticket holders to make proper arrangements.

• If you registered for a single event and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else any time or at least 10 days before AUGUST 1, 2024.

• If you registered for a packaged event and are unable to attend at least one (1) event, you may not transfer your missed event to someone else. 

• Your complete package registration must be transferred to someone else any time or at least 10 days before AUGUST 1, 2024. 

All single event/ package transfers must be submitted any time or at least 10 days before August 1, 2024 via email @ dftbcon@gmail.com. Please title subject "REGISTRATION TRANSFER". For all transfers to be complete, please include the following information:

To Verify Your Registration

• Your first and last name
• Single event or packaged event name
• Your Order number
• Date of registration
• Contact number associated with your registration
• Address, city, state and zip code
• Total registration amount

Transferee Information Needed

• Transferee first and last name
• Transferee email address 
• Transferee contact number
• Transferee address, city, state and zip code

Please ensure all information is complete and correct to thoroughly process your transfer registration.

Vendors & Sponsors

If you registered with a deposit, all final payments are due Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Final payment reminders will go out one (1) week in advance to the registered email and another will go out two (2) days prior to the final payment due date. No other correspondence will follow regarding payments, nor will there be an extension.

All balances are in required in full to secure your place as a verified vendor or sponsor. Any balance not paid in full by the due date will be considered a forfeiture of your vendor space or sponsorship. There are no exceptions. 

if you are unable to continue as a vendor or sponsor, it is required that you send a written notice via email to dftbcon@gmail.com. All vendor and sponsor forms will be properly discarded to protect vendor and sponsor privacy. However, per our policy, vendor fees are non-refundable and non- transferable.
