Dana K. Bassett is one of the most innovative educators in business today. She is an Author, Entrepreneur, Professional Network Marketer and a Certified Personal Development and Professional Skills Coach. Her mission is to connect others in building strong and long-lasting relationships through understanding the 4 DISC Behavior Traits. Dana K. Bassett is the founder of RTGW, LLC through which she has made enormous impact in the lives of many individuals and organizations. For over two decades she has not only studied DISC, but she has also mastered it by interacting with numerous highly successful business leaders and collaborating with them on achieving success using DISC. 

She attended  Averett University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Dana K. Bassett also holds a Masters’ degree in Secondary Education from University of Phoenix earning her credentials to teach Business for secondary education through grades twelve and a second Masters in Psychology, Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. Dana is a Certified Behavior DISC Analyst and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Dana K. Bassett is committed to motivating and training individuals who aspire to be achievers and leaders in their own right.

Daryl serves as the Chairman of the Innovate and Lead Committee for the Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship’s advisory board at UNC at Chapel Hill and he serves as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Indiana University-Bloomington.   

Tammy started her journey as an independent examiner contractor for 21 years serving as an examiner in several hospitals at the same time running her paramedical services business. She is now happily married for over 10 years to her amazing husband, Leslie Fraser, and they are raising a blended family.  Tammy started her 2nd business in 2012 in the financial services industry. She has achieved many milestones in business from  $1,000,000 Roundtable, Top Income Earner, a Qualifier for Company-Sponsored trips and currently serves as a Leadership Council Member with WFG.  She has been trained by the best: Tony Robbins, the Nation's Top Life and Business Strategist, Grant Cardone, Best-Selling Author as well as Business and Life Coach, and Financial Leaders from WFG/Transamerica.  Tammy loves to share her story of triumph through the challenges in her personal and career life and what she did to overcome those obstacles through business strategies and "lOX" her life. Today, she continues to empower women throughout Hampton Roads inspiring them that they can have it all. 

Amanda D. Robinson, of Suffolk Virginia. Founder of BETA Gems, LLC and BETA House, LLC. Amanda is a Mental health child and adult  therapist. Amanda is the manager/director of residential group homes and a day program for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She optioned her Masters Degree from Liberty University and will continue her doctoral degree at Liberty as well. Amanda is also in invested in real estate. Amanda motto is “Always stay ready so you won’t have to get ready your yes can come at anytime”.

Amanda is a devoted mother of three beautiful daughters and a granddaughter who will make her entrance in September. Amanda is a devout Christian and reverence Christ as the reason for everything she has and is. She believes that all things are possible with Christ. 

DFTB Business Conference came about as a vision of creator and founder Juanita Taylor. She is the owner of a thriving hair salon, The Powder Room, LLC, an entrepreneur and respected business-woman in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. She wanted to start a conference that would help others like her be exposed to and have access to useful resources that help make business-minded individuals even more successful. She was not interested in having “seminars” and “coaching presentations” where people just sell books and ”Get- Rich-Quick” schemes and programs. She truly has made it her literal business to pull together experts, respected entrepreneurs with proven success and resources that will help people understand how to start, finance, market and sustain a business in today’s climate.
